Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Any stock item can be returned to KDM Products except the following.
Items specially procured and brought in at the customers request.
discontinued or clearance items.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items ordered incorrectly or are no longer required need to be returned with 14 days of the invoice date. Any returns outside of the 14 days from invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

HOW do customers return items?
If you are wanting to return an item please contact us first for an RMA number.
Once the RMA is issued attached a copy of the RMA to a copy of the relavent KDM Products Invoice and send the item back to us.
SHIPPING for returns?
We are unable to refund shipping costs if the buyer has a change of mind or the product is no longer required.
We highly reccomend returing items using a tracked postage or courier service.
All Items returned need to be in original brand new packaging with tamperproof sticker present and undamaged if fitted.
CREDIT for returns?
KDM Products will issue a credit using the same method of the original payment. eg: if you pay via paypal you will recieve the credit back into your Paypal account.
Instore return option?
Items can be returned only by post or courier.
Packing materials?
All Items returned need to be in original brand new packaging with tamperproof sticker present and undamaged if fitted.
Any damage caused during transit via the return postage method is the responsibility of the sender and not KDM Products.
