We accept returns and we offer a 100% money back if you are not happy with the products purchased from KDM Products. We ask that the customer covers the postage cost of returning the goods. As you would expect, we cannot accept returns if items have been damaged while installation is being carried out, examples of the some installation damage are, folded or pinched flex cables, scratches, heat damage, chips or cracks.
Goods returned to us must be in brand new condition in original packaging.
Due to the complexity of phone screen replacement we recommend the installer preform a full functionality test prior to fitting the screen to the phone. If the product does not preform as advertised then contact us to resolve the problem. Due to actions outside of our control we are unable to offer a warranty on the screen once it has been fitted to the phone.
